Employee and candidate information

Employee contact details may come from hiring or personnel records. Having a telephone number in those records alone does not enroll someone in a text messaging program. Employees may agree to applicable texts during hiring or through a separate enrollment process. Candidates provide their own permission for candidate texts; an employee referral does not provide SMS consent on the candidate’s behalf.

Website functionality may use cookies or similar technologies to maintain sessions and support security. Browser settings can limit cookies, although some features may not work. Links to other websites are governed by those websites’ privacy practices. This policy does not authorize advertising tracking or third-party marketing use of SMS consent data.
